Service Agreements

All services provided by SPAD AND ASSOCIATES are subject to a service agreement that will be provided to you before the commencement of any work. The service agreement will specify the scope of work, deliverables, timeline, payment terms, and any specific refund or cancellation conditions that apply to your project.

In case of any discrepancy between this general policy and your specific service agreement, the terms in the service agreement will prevail.

Refund Policy for Consulting Services

For consulting services, including IT strategy development, technology assessment, and other advisory services, the following refund policy applies:

  • Before Service Commencement: If you cancel before we begin providing the consulting service, we will refund any advance payment minus a 10% administrative fee.
  • After Service Commencement: Once we have begun providing the consulting service, refunds will be prorated based on the work completed and expenses incurred up to the cancellation date.
  • After Service Completion: No refunds will be issued after the consulting service has been completed.

Refund Policy for Development Projects

For web development, software development, and other development projects, the following refund policy applies:

  • Project Initiation Fee: The project initiation fee (typically 25-50% of the total project cost) is non-refundable as it covers project setup, requirements gathering, and initial design work.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made for completed milestones are non-refundable as they represent work that has already been delivered and approved.
  • Cancellation During Development: If you cancel the project during development, we will calculate the value of work completed up to the cancellation date. Any excess payment beyond the value of work completed will be refunded, minus a 15% administrative fee.

Refund Policy for Subscription Services

For ongoing subscription services such as maintenance, support, or hosting, the following refund policy applies:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations of monthly subscriptions. Service will continue until the end of the billing period.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, if you cancel within the first 30 days, we will provide a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. After 30 days, refunds will be prorated based on the remaining months of service, minus a 15% administrative fee.
  • Setup Fees: Any setup or onboarding fees associated with subscription services are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a service or project, you must submit a written cancellation request to SPAD AND ASSOCIATES via email at contact@spadandassociates.shop. The following cancellation terms apply:

  • Consulting Services: You may cancel consulting services at any time with written notice. Refunds will be processed according to the refund policy above.
  • Development Projects: Cancellation of development projects must be submitted in writing. Upon receiving your cancellation request, we will stop all work and calculate the final payment or refund based on the work completed.
  • Subscription Services: For monthly subscriptions, cancellation requests must be received at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month. For annual subscriptions, cancellation requests can be submitted at any time, and refunds will be processed according to the refund policy above.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable:

  • Domain registration and renewal fees
  • SSL certificates
  • Third-party software licenses purchased on your behalf
  • Rush fees for expedited services
  • Services that have been fully delivered and accepted

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of the approval. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed upon.

Please note that bank charges or payment processing fees are non-refundable.

Dispute Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any issues before requesting a refund. We are committed to client satisfaction and will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns.

In case of disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, we will attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions.
